How long will it take for my package to arrive?
International packages are generally shipped within 2 business days. Although the delivery times depend on the region, it takes about 10 days for most countries in Europe.
Keep in mind that pre-order items will only be shipped after the initial pre-order period is over. Pre-order items will have estimated delivery times listed on the product pages.
It looks like my order hasn't been shipped yet, what is the reason behind this?
It generally takes 2 business days for us to ship international orders.
Additionally, some shipments receive tracking numbers only after the package arrives at certain transit locations. So it might take anywhere between 2-7 days before tracking numbers are provided.
I have a shipment related problem, can you help?
Shipment carriers are responsible for lost or late packages. Getting in contact with the carrier generally resolves the issue quicker.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with them, we are happy to help you.
I recieved a faulty product, what should I do now?
If you believe the product you have received is faulty, send us an image of the product and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
