We make sure every product goes through manual quality control before being packaged and eventually shipped to the consumer because we know no production line can ever be perfect. However, as we acknowledge that production lines can have some flaws, it would be unfair to expect our own quality control professionals to be flawless. Even though it will be a rare occurance, we know some "bad" products will find their way to the consumer.
This "I got a bad product" communication channel is our best attempt to make it up for the small minority that gets either a bad product, or a product they are not happy with. Whatever the case might be, we are willing to help.
